Under normal circumstances, we need 1-2 days to process your order. Once the goods have been shipped, we will send you the tracking number for your order by email. Depending on your location, you can track your package through your local online delivery service.
Delivery is guaranteed. If the goods are lost, we will redeliver them.

Our returns process

Notify us of your return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
All items (including all parts and accessories) must be returned by mail.
If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay our shipping costs again.
Under no circumstances will return shipping costs be charged.
Refunds will be issued via credit card or Western Union.
